Stay requests & messages

When you send a stay request, we collect the contact details, dates, guest count and message you provide so Kristen and Jason can respond and help arrange your stay. The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, message and permission to respond. You do not need to choose dates to send a message. A message or stay request is not a confirmed reservation.

Who can access that information

Messages and stay requests are saved for authorized hosts to review. Website form notifications are addressed to Jason and Kristen. Hosting and communication providers process information needed to operate the website and, when connected, notify the hosts about a new submission.

External websites

Links to Airbnb, Shanty Creek Resort, local businesses and trail resources open services operated by those organizations. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them. Google Maps is embedded on the location page and may receive normal browser connection information when that map loads.
